Your coach
At the age of 19 I became self-employed for the first time. I thought I could conquer the world and the beginning went great. 2 years later my dream was shattered and I found myself physically burned out and exhausted in front of a mountain of debt.
The years that followed were hard and I seriously thought that the external circumstances had been to blame for my bankruptcy: the partners who had let me down; the false promises made by suppliers; my employees who didn't do what I wanted them to do.
Luckily, I then met Bert F. A very successful entrepreneur who became my coach and mentor.
He showed me that only I am responsible for my success or failure. I was responsible for not knowing how to look for reliable and good partners; that I hadn't checked my suppliers' promises carefully enough; that I had no idea about really good leadership; that I hadn't taken care of my health, etc.
At the same time I realizedthe chance that I can do all of this better. I began to delve into the area of personal development because I realizedthat I alone decide whether I am successful - or not.
On my way I was able to learn from extraordinary personalities:Vera Birkenbihl, Samy Molcho, Marshall Rosenberg, Antony Fedrigotti, Deepack Chopraetc. A big thank you to all of them!
Since 2012, I have been supporting companies and private customers as a potential trainer and success coach through workshops, seminars, individual coaching and keynotes and I am proud that today CEOs, board members, entrepreneurs and owners ask me for advice and I can accompany them on their journey.
